The administrators of a private temple want to sell the property which stands in the name of the temple godess. The temple is a private temple. Is it possible to sell the property ? what is the procedure to be followed? is court permission necessary for the same?

You have not clarified the matter. Please clarify the location of temple and also whether the said proeprty is in the name of Trust or society.
