sale of property by co owner

MY FATHER AND GRAND MOTHER ARE THE COOWNER OF THE ANCESTROL COMMERCIAL PROPERTY AFTER THE DEATH OF MY GRANDFATHER...

RECENTLY WE HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT MY FATHER HAD ENTERED INTO SALE AGGREEMENT OF THE SAID PROPERTY WITHOUT THE CONSENT/KNOWLEDGE OF MY GRANDMOTHER..

(ACTUALLY HE WAS EMOTIONALY FORCED TO ENTER INTO THE AGGREMENT )

1.  CAN WE STOP THIS SALE ..

2. WE THINK HE HAS TAKEN SOME MONEY IN ADVANCE (IN CASH)..  CAN IT BE RETURNED TO THE SAID BUYER FORCEFULLY..

3. IS MY FATHER CAN COME IN SOME LEGAL PROBLEM IN CANCELLING THIS DEAL ( WHICH WE DONT WANT ) ?

PLS ADVICE ANY MORE QUESTION YOU CAN THINK

He can't enter into any agreement without your grandmother being a party to it. Only she and not you can issue a notice to him against the deal and write to the registrar's office that any such agreement would be void without her consent. If you know the buyer, send the notice to him as well.

But, the real problem is this. Is your grandma prepared to go to this length? If not, there is no use building castles in the air. You have no right except to see the property being frittered away.
