I am a resident of India, but right now i am leaving in Finland as of now.
I came here in Jan 2011 and will stay till March 2012.
Me and My brother have purchased a Flat in Faridabad and the flat is on both of our name( joint).
Now when my borther went to SBI for home loan they told, because flat is on both of your names so you alone can't apply for home loan.So the loan will be processed on both names.
I can't go to india for this purpose.
So ,i would like to write a Power of attorney on my Father/Brother name, so that they can do all the Flat related formalities on behalf of me.
So can you kindly help me to get a template/Format specificaly for SBI home loan , Power of attorney purpose.
Here are my findings for this :
1. I have checked on SBI website, but they have NRI PoA form, i am not sure if it's applies to me too.In case yes, then which all annexures i need to fill and which annexures are not for me in that form ?
Well i am more concerned about like if i send PoA in some format to India then SBI can ask no it's not relevant , you better write in this format or that ormat.
So i don't want to write the same thing 2 or 3 times.
I hope you can understand my concern, so please guide or Suggest me.
