I have a query regarding Section 143. I am planning to buy a land in UP where the last activity done was as a Cold storage. Now the Cold storage has been out of operation and the building is also not there.
As per the seller, Section 143 has been done on this freehold land.

land usage was changed from agriculture to industrial ( since there was a cold storage there on the land). As per the seller the land can be used to set up educational institute, warehouse, resort etc.
Can this land be used for residential purposes (if i want to make my house there) ?
Please confirm this as per laws of Section 143
