Section 20A of the SEBI Act 1992 imposes bar of jurisdiction on civil courts regarding any matter in relation to SEBI or SAT. If SEBI passes an order against a company and then the Company without approaching the SAT under Section 15T of the Act, file a writ petition in the High Court, can the petition be entertained? Please reply!!!
