Hello Sir,
I stayed in a flat in bangalore for around 2 years by paying monthly rent of 9k and paid 90k as security deposit. Now I vacated the house and still having a some of the keys(I returned the main door key). The owner has detected 15k for repairing and repainting the house. Now he is demanding to return all other keys to return the advance amount. He is in abroad and I do not trust him that he will return the advance amount back.
What is the way to get the advance amount back? I have the rental agreement for first 1 yr and I didn't renew it. I have all elecricity bills which I have paid and cleared all maintance charges.
