Share of property under mohammeden law

Person A acquires a property from his own earning . He dies leaving behind 6 daughters and 4 sons. One of the daughter dies leaving behind her husband and 3 sons.

Please enlighten me how the property devolves to the legal heirs of late.A. It is not known whether they belong to which sub caste they belong to, i.e. sunny or sh*tate.

Is Class-I , Class-II legal heirs concept is followed in Mohammeden law ?

The share is divided as 1:2 ratio that is sons get double the daughters get only surviving childrens inherit if daughter is pre deceased her childrens, husband dont get any share.

This is purely an academic question to know about the law, hence it is advisable that you better clarify the subject issue and get enrichedthrough your tutor
