Sign on copy of cheif examination

1. Whether the examination of the chief should be signed by the complainant or not?

2. Is the complainant eligible to get a copy of the chief examination before undergoing a cross?
or
 3. whether the complainant can make a demand for getting copy of chief examination before undergoing cross-examination?

PS: it is found that the cheif , that was narrated by complainant, Steno, did not type ,

whether steno got managed by opposite party?
whether court got biased and managed by opposite party?

many thinks  preciding officer/ court cant go biased..
then why they hesistate to give a copy of cheif to the complainant to sign on their cheif ? or allow video recording of cheif examiantion?
