Dear sir, I am made agreement for sale in Pune & while checking of index 2! English language) found wife spelling error , which is 'Rashvina sanjay Amle' insted (correct name) of 'Rashwina Sanjay Amale' that enter wrong 'v' alfabet and skip 'a' alfabet. Please suggest, Is this any problem and what is the process to correct the same

This is a typographic mistake.
Still, I will suggest you register the rectification deed. For registration of rectification deed, stamp duty and registration charges are nominal.

It is just an "Agreement to Sell" and not transfer of title document, it will have no consequence / affect.
Get it corrected in the "Sale Deed".
