Spelling mistake in sale agreement /consttuction agreement

I AM PURCHASING A FLAT. THE SALE AGREEMENT IS ON MY AS WELL AS MY WIFES NAME. HOWEVER THE FIRST NAME IS MINE AND THE ENTIRE LOAN AMOUNT IS ALSO IN MY NAME ONLY. IN SALE AGREEMENT MY WIFE'S NAME IS TYPED SAJOO INSTEAD OF SANJOO. IS IT A PROBLEM LATER. BEACAUSE IN THE SALE DEED THE SAME CAN BE RECTIFIED. PRESENTLY ME AND THE BUILDER HAS SIGNED OVER THE SILLY MISTAKE BY AMENDING SAJOO AS SANJOO. HOWEVER IT IS FRANKED AS SAJO0.

THANKS

Go for rectification deed, rs 100 fee will be collected by stamp authority. Contact local lawyer.

You do not have to worry so much about this issue because it is only a sale agreement and not a sale deed.  You may spell it out correctly in the sale deed to be executed at a later stage.
