stamp duty in rajasthan

Dear Team/Members/Esteemed lawyers

I have been new to the mortgage industry and have confusion about the stamp duty chargeable on the following documents as provided by various banks.

1) Loan agreement

2) memorandum for equitable mortgage-unregistered

3) affidaivt cum undertaking

4) Irrevocable Power of attorney

5) Declaration cum indemnity

Although i have visited many banks,NBFC's but all of them have variant fee calculation structure.

I have also gone through the Rajasthan Stamp Act and schedule appended thereto but there also stamp duty on loan agreement and MOE is 0.1% each which generally the customer/borrower is unable to pay and nor do the financial institutions charge 0.1% on both.

kindly assist and advice
