Dear Querist,

Normal rule is a delegate cannot further sub-delegate (delegatus non potest delegare). But it can be done in situations where :-

1) The Document (GPA) itself allows;

2) The nature of authority/work - necessitates;

3) A trade custom or usage can be proved which allows such sub delegation.
