Hello,

What surety is required to bail someone out?

Can a relative of the accused stand as surety ?

It is the descretion of the court to fix the amount of surety and relative is the best person to become surety.

thanks , when a person stands as surety, does he/she have to also provide a bank guarantee or cash bond ?
