Tata docomo merit in consumer case

in 2015

tata docomo gsm has aactivated one sim on my name ,but I was not having that sim card ,their represnative enabled sim on my name

also I paid 1000 in sec despoit they said they dont have any proof for same

can anybody help as now docomo is closing ,will it be merit in case?

you have right to file suit before consumer forum. Before that you should show proof to the court. Try to get some documentary evidence and give notice to the service provider and file suit before the forum. Justice will be done to you

Proer Course is to deny such knowledge of SIM, seeking those applicaiton and ID proof submitted, build up a pucca case, first by filing police complaint and then establishing through documentary evidence. I could not follow the query properly as to whom and why security deposit has been paid. I am also not aware as to how member can file consumer case, when he has not applied, paid consideration and availed any services from service provider.

I applied for number

I paid cheque to local agecy not tata

sim card activated by another person ,he put his number as secondary number

paying through cheque is enough proof for you to take action against the service provider. You have right to take action by process of Law
