tenant not paying - rent. for past 10 months-also not paying for utilities.
whenever requesting the tenant telling ask in court. is the court responsible for rentals paying by tenant? there is no tenancy contract. the tenat also not vacating & put a false injunction case against land lord. any solution suggestion there from this lawyer's club community?
is there any action possible by police or chief minister office of the Tamilnadu state?

You should have to have a tenancy contract these days. But you can evict the tenant. if he files the injunction suit then you can defend by mentioning that he has not paid rent to you from the past 10 months. The major essence lies in what evidence you can produce in support of your claims. since our law favours tenants etc a bit.

yes sir , unless you can produce evidence no use crying since power of defense is power of negative and it is immense.
