Title registration

Please state the details such as where is the property located, whether you want to give away the property now or after your death, whether it is agricultural land, flat, etc.

Assuming you want to transfer the property now, then you will have to make a gift deed in her name, pay stamp duty and register the document. Then get the title records in her name. DO remember that since she is a minor you will have to mention the name of a guardian which could be yourself or someone else who will do all the work on her behalf.

My suggestion would be to make a will in her name so that she can get the property after you.
