Presenty i am staying at mumbai C.P. Tank area in small double room in a pagdi system with my mother, wife, two childern since my birth (1973). Currently this room was in the name of my grandfather and he was died on 1995, my grandfather has seven sons including my father. My father (died on 2009)and one of my uncle is staying together till 2001 in the above premises and then my uncle buy is own property in 2001, remaning five brother of my father was all ready staying sepertaly since 1976, now i want to trasnfer the said premises in to my name. So my querry is whether my all uncle can have the right in said property and their NOC is required for the transfer of the said premises in my name.
