i booked a flat in chennai that i slated to complete only by end of 2013.
i am an NRi.
i went through a home loan with SBI to get extra assurance tha the bank will reveiw all the details of the project
and approvals and also about the builders, before sanctioning the loan and they did sanction 60% of the loan.
but the UDS is yet to be registerd..but SBI bank also made us sign som kind of a tripariate agreement between SBI, me and buider...
so what exactly is this tripatirte agreement..and given the facts above, when should i get the UDS registered to be safe.
