Hello Experts,
I jointly own a house along with my wife. Since the time I have bought the house, only I have been paying the EMI. I had bought the house in 2006. My wife and I are having marital discord and she is not allowing me to put the house on rent as she wants me to suffer financially. For putting the house on rent, my understanding is that I would need her signature on the lease agreement. Is there a legal workaround for this issue?
