Heard..a few years back the Govt., of AP made certain regulations for drilling of bore wells in notified drought areas. In one of such regulations it is so said that, the Govt., has prescribed minimum legal distance for digging irrigation (rural) and drinking water (urban areas) bore wells... is this information true?
