I am Ranbir kejriwal and I am a real estate agent. Now I am planning to develope a website for dealing in house property in buying, selling and renting in my city.
I now need to know what kind statutory requirements do i have to follow, like, do I have to register for service tax or do i have to obtain any kind license regarding this?
And I am also entering into commission agreement with various builders so it would be great help to me if somebody can provide me any such draft agreement.
