Very urgent- a g.o.of govt.t.n. w.r.t registration of uds

Hello respected friends,

I  would like to know whether any G.O.passed by Govt.of Tamil Nadu insisting on registration of undivided share of a Flat/Apartment in Tamil Nadu. I have recently met some Sub-Registraras/Registraras in the State , they all told me that registration of UDS portion of a Flat is sufficient. This information is urgently required for settling a grievance of one of our employees. If any one has the copy of the G.O., either scanned copy of the G.O. or PDF of the same may kindly be posted in this web site.
