Want to add Family name on 7/12 and Property card

help me in below

1>What document I  have to submit to Talathi and Tahsildar office  to add our family names on 7/12  and Property card.

2>In case   Daughters are legal Hair claiming for land belongs to Death father ( any docment format)

The daughters whether married or unmarried are legal and rightful heirs of father's property according to hindu succession act.
