Workspace Bullying

Can you please put your grievance properly to get the right perspective. Advice would be forthcoming.

Bullying is something difficult to bear. It is difficult to define for the purpose of complaint. There are some who are experts in hurting others with words. Your complaint appears a bit special. Is it that you are being made a butt of ridicule? Is it that everyone around is making fun of you?  There may be some good people also. Unfortunately there is no legal recourse to the problem. Please give information such as how many people are there in your work place, male and female. How many are senior to you, how many are your equals or near equals and how many are junior to you? How many in each group are harassing you? There may also be very senior persons, whom you do not come into contact with at all. Also please say in which city you are.
