Writ petition

Sir,

I have filed a writ petition and status showing as admitted and pending in the case status.After that benches have been changed.Does we have to wait untill the judge who has admitted the case comes again for bench after rotation? Is there any chance for speedy justice if we file expeditite petition?

waste more than ten years wait for final hearing I have filled two wp one in 2010 and one in 2013 no orders till date waste of money and time

@harikrishna I don't think so. At best maybe the successor judge may quash his predecessors proceedings and conduct de novo proceedings. Or else a new WP may be filed with leave of court

Sir, writ petitions are filed for speedy justice.Then y so late.Our advocate has taken 2.5 lakhs saying that it will be done in 1 month.It's been 6 months.Now he is saying that we will file expeditite petition.Am i duped?
