I bought a property in Bangalore in feb 2012. this had the compound wall.before Resigter this property we clean the site and no one object at that time. we did borewell in the site in the month of April 2012.
on 11-06-2012 we started to clean the site to start construct the bulding , some one came and claim this site is belongs to them and objected to cleaning the activity. The guy is staying at the same place i.e 15 ft away from the site.
on enqury he is the orginal owner of the land and he sold the same site to other guy in 1992. This property changed 5 hands from 1992 to till the date.
we approach the police and made a complaint on the same day.In complaint we mentioned this guy tespassing the property and requested the Police to take necessry actions to protect my interest.
on 14-06-2012 he lodge a complaint that i abuse them by using their cast name.This guy belongs may be SC/ST.
I am a non kannada, non local and not know local language. I dont know local language and his cast. This guy make a false complaint.
I am worried about their cast.
Please help me how to proced.
