s. 100 CPC provides for second appeal in a suit. It lays down that a second appeal can be filed only  when a substantial (not ordinary) question of law is involved in a case. second appeal can not be filed on factual grounds. Findings on facts by first appellate court is final and can not be questioned in a second appeal.
