Is it compulsory to remand the accused while committing to sessions court in Private complaint case u/s 436 of IPC. Since the summons were issued for appearance of the accused while the PRC case taken on file.? Whether the accused has to get anticipatory bail in this aspect for committal procedure? kinldy any one clarify with provisions/cases
