2nd spouse

Hi Sir,

After death of 1st wife my father married my mom(its a legal marriage and my mom is a drawing pension of my father now). at the time of marriage  my father has 2 kids.

My father died leaving the following people:

              1st  wife kids (2 females)

             2nd wife with 3 kids(2nd wife + 2 female +1 male)

my father left us a property its completly my father income only, can you please tell me how the property will be divided among the 6  people(all the kids are married)

As it is self acquired property of your late father, the property will be divided as follows:

Ist wife kids (2 females), second wife, her children, total 6 (six)  parts equally distributed if you are hindus.

Yes the properties of your father will divide equally among his all 6 legal heirs  [your mother + her 3 kids and  2 kids of your father's first wife ].

I agree and endorse the views of advocates above that the property can be legally partitioned by allotting one sixth share each equally among all the legal heirs.
