498a/406 anticipatry bail/ child welfare

I can understand for 406, you have to return the streedhan as you or your lawyer had already admitted that in the court.

But the plot/flat is not required bcoz for 498, local bail is available with I/O under cr41A.

Better search for a capable lawyer before parting with those assets.

we have only fd in joint name in which she is first applicant, morever whatever gold is always with her. also they produce the bill of 2007 , she also put 498a on first husband , i get the RTI copy of earliear challan , the gold is still not recovered from him.

in my last date my advocate said that my father ready to transfer land but than i intervene & told to judge that my father is not ready,i can give open only suknya yojna account. my quetstion is now can i open account now or wait for next date or till  anticipatry bail ?

i got anticiptry bail but with condition of making FD in name of my daugther. i just want to know what further action can my wife take? any other cases she can put on me? likely scenario further. i am concentrting on CRPC 125 now.

There is no reason court refuse bail in normal situation in 498A, other than physical assault or nay other serious issue.

Dear Sir,

high court give me AB in P&H high court & inform us to deposit FD in name of Girl Child, which we give to our lawyer & he inform us that it got deposited on 30/11/2016 in chandgarh trial court, but he is not give us any proof. i want to know how can i know that FD is got deposited in lower court.
