My brother wife filed a wrong 498a case against me and my famly members. In the meditation center found fault and issue is with the wife and asked her to withdraw the case and talk with her husband family, but she didn't agree and filed a affidavit in high court that the meditation members are threating her. this was done during the meditation, now we got the bail.
1. since the meditatin is over and i want the court to take action against the WRONG affidavit filed by her. how can i request the court to enquiry against the affidavit
2. can i file RTI to know what happened and will there be any enquiry if i file the RTI on the affidavit ?
