My wife filed FIR in police station for 498a 3 months back . Chargesheet was not filed until now by IO.
I am thinking to file squah procedure in HC at this stage .
1) Will HC ask IO to give his report of investigation in deciding quash ?

As per practice HC does not quash FIR in early stages, unless allegation is vague in nature and prima facie no case is made by allegation in FIR.
