Absconded due to job frustration ,what can be consequences

Hi ,

I joined a organization but due to continous job frustration I had to quit the job , I talk to people in the organization but they didn't supported me at the time, so I resigned and absconded from the job.

I had 90 days of notice period but I didn't complete my notice period.

I have two question :

1) How can I supress the situation because I really got furstrated with the quality of the job and what my employeer can do against me ?

2) This organization didn't provide any DOE in UAN portal , so how it can impact me ?

Please help me with these question and please do elaborate , I am in desperate need of help.

It all depends on your attitude, urgency of job/ It is not certain that in the next workplace you can get better atmosphere. If job is important, consult a counselor and undergo such sessions to overcome depression and take up the job, as you may not get a job with such depressed mind in your future.
