One of our property in Bangalore transfered by executing sale deed by a unknown person by using forged .purported GPA. He presented puported GPA saying executed in 2001. but during that period executant is working UK on official duty. The Plot has been transfered on 27-02-2018 by mentioning 2,13,50,000/- as sale consideration in sale deed. The GPA is adjudicated on 19-02-2018 by making payment of Rs.150000/- only for this purposes.
My question is how they calculated Adjudication fee as 1,50,000/- on what basis and what is the actual stamp duty is payable as per karnataka stamp act ? Please clarify the same
