I have made rental agreement without stamp for pg room, on which it is mentioned 1 month prior notice period after lock in but there is no point mentioned which says you cannot ask to adjust last month rent as deposit. I have asked landlord to adjust that but he is refusing too. What too do ?
Also I have informed him of vacation 2 months prior, when I asked earlier to him about security deposit he told to give cheque at that time but I don't want to rely on that. Either he refund the money on spot or adjust that in last month rent and I will stay one more month. Is there anything wrong with this ? Also, in case he refuses to pay deposit on spot and also refuses to adjust last month rent with security deposit and froce me to leave pg what should I do ?
