My apar was downgraded adversely by reviewing authority making false comments in integrity column which was expunged recently by appellate authority. I had lost almost 4 to 5 lakhs for not getting promotion for last three years due to those fake allegations. Even i had to suffer great emotional torture during that period. Sir can I file civil suit to cover up my losses?
