Dear SIrs,
My Father passed away intestate in 2011. i applied to the society to transfer the shares to my mother with required indemnity bond..etc..etc. The society has now asked me to given an advertisement in 2 local newspapers. Would be highly obliged to be guided on following :
1) is such a advertisement necessary in this case ?
2) the society has told me to give the advertisement and bear the costs. what is the actual procedure in such case ?
3) can the society give a 30 days notice period ? i have seen that most of such ads have a 15 days notice period ?
4) can the society dictate the names of the newspapers ni which i have to give the ads?
