Is it mandatory for practising Advocates to tuck in their white shirt. (this is not mandated under the BCI Rules or Advocates Act)

It is not a legal dispute.

Consult your professor, coach or tutor.

The Advocates Act of 1961 makes it mandatory for Indian lawyers to wear black robe or coat with a white neckband. Gowns are optional barring when appearing before the Supreme Court and High Courts.

Sir what about tucking in the white shirt and the black shoe? is tucking in mandatory? is black shoe mandatory? if a practicing Advocate doesnot tuck in his white shirt or doesnot wear black shoe...is it violation of dress code?
