There is civili litigation case. I have 600sqft UDS in a property. The other UDS holders are giving me (82 yrs) mental torture in diffeent ways to USURP my UDS. Could you please give me the rough draft for filing an affidavit in this regard to the hon'ble court. What can i request the court for protection/compentation/penalty.
