Age limit to study law - maharashtra

Hello All - I am currently on a sabbatical and 35 years old.

I was looking at pursuing law in the interim but after coming across some conflicting reports on the age limit have put this on hold.

Is there a definite rule or judgement that has been passed with regards to age limits?

I stay at Pune, Maharashtra.

Edmund Michael.

A person can prosecute his study in law. A person can apply for Sanad subject to upper age limit prescribed by Bar Coucil of India. There is a prohibitory rule in relation to giving Sanad for practice. However, the restriction or prohibition is stayed by the court. But, at this stage you need not look into it. What you have asked is about undergoing the LL.B course. so prosecute subject to admission committee gives you admission.
