Agreements

Dear Sir,

                    An agreement was signed by me at my District ( Sitapur) before Wittnesses the other party (Reliance Securities Ltd ) signed at their own place ( Mumbai) . Stamp duty was paid by me through Cheque as per instructions by the Sub-Broker of Co. Stamps were purchased by the Co. at Mumbai in my name prier to clearence of the aforesaid Cheque. Is It  leagal? What is the leagality of Agreement?

AN AGREEMENT SHOULD BE SIGNED BEFORE THE WITNESS AS PER RULE IF NOT FOLLOWED THE RULE THE AGREEMENT IS LIABLE TO BE ILLEGAL  AND NOT EFFECTIVE
