ancesters properties share

IM having doubt on rights for women on their ancester properties. and the law abt the share of women born before 1960.

properties are not owend by my grand father and not by my father.

Properties consists of agriculture land of 2 acres and a house land

Now im intrested to hear abt the rights for my aunt on those properties.

and what does our law says, abt her (born bfre 1955) rights on these properties.

My grand father passed away and my grand mother still alive.

We neeed to divide / share property amoung the following persons.

1. MY father - he is no more and his son ( my self) aged 28 claims his fathers rights mother still alive

2. Aunt ( my father's sister)

3. uncle ( my father's brother).

all those 3 people were born before 1955. does my aunt has equal rights on the properties as her brothers have ??.

If your grandfather and your father both were not owners to the properties then from where possession and ownership came?

Wether the properties were purchased by any person??

if yes, who is he and when were these purchased?

These are vital questions to be replied first so that I may be able to reply your quarry accurately.
