Dear All,
We have an ancestral property which belongs to my Great Grand Father. He had four successors for the property one them was my grandfather.
My grandfather passed away and also three other successors passed away. While we were verifying the records of the Land documents it was found that the property was transferred in favour of one of the other three successors instead among the four.
I need you expert inputs as to how do we take it forward and sort it out amicably among the four successors.
