  1. All materials used in premises as furniture shold be fire proof .
  2. The furniture & fixtures should be installed in a manner so as not to make any damage to the structure or create any hindrance in safe movement of other occupants of the commercial building.
  3.  All occupiers of the commercial units should scrupulously abide by the rules framed by the management in respect to usance of furniture & fixtures in allotted units/ spaces. 
  4. While bringing in or shifting any furniture to /from the premises, no damage to premises should take place or create any obstruction in movement of other occupiers as well as visitors.
  5. All occupiers should plan their furniture installation in such manner so as to get sufficient storage space as per their requirement and maintain asthetic sense.
