As per S.12 of HMA1955, you may present a petition before the concerned court for nullity based on these factors, however chances are quiet bleak. The judge is not sitting there to happily allow divorce/nullity. They may outrightly reject your petition.

 

You should also rethink your stance. Marriage is not a game to be played on thin turf. You should have strong grounds to come out of it.

 

If her age and education is such, which literally takes away the harmony from your day-to-day life, then your petition may be allowed. But you need to present this case to the court as an extreme case of fraud and hardship.
