Anticipatory bail

We have applied an anticipatory bail in the high court now. the GP had asked one week time to pass on further orders. The reason is my wife had filed a complaint at thewomen police station on last month 21st. so they are waiting for it. Also,  the women police have not filed FIR so far. Can you please sugges me whether i can get an anticipatory bail from the high court???

kind note: we have already applied anticpatory bail in the judicial court and the case was dismissed

well normal rules is

women police first investigate in the matter, I suggest you should visit to women police but before visiting make arrangement with lawyer for the same.

then after your visit to them they will investigate and then accordingly actions will be taken, you might be arrested therefore please make necessary arrangements for getting bail.

till you dont visit to women police they cannot investigate the matter, therefore for them to file fir it is required to do so.
