Anticipatory Bail

Isn't anticipatory bail is an elitist concession to the HAVEs and a mean to delay delivery of Justice ? Can anybody tell us in this forum how many anticipatory Bails are operative especially where nothing further has been done in collusion of YOURLORDSHEEPS, THE PROSECUTING AUTH and the Police.

Mr.Mandal, you should know that justice does not come all by itself. One needs to fight for it.

In case of Anticipatory bails, one can intervene granting the same if there are sound reasons.

And though we may accept the fact that the richer people can engage the best advocates and get case tilted in their favour, there are times when it happens otherwise too.

Pl do not offended. But i will be grateful where Judge has :

a) granted bail to an accused who failed to deposit surety?

b) Where bail had ben granted to a hapless person where as HAVES had been sent to jail in that same case.
