Apartment association problem.

Aren't you a member of that association ? If u are a member you will have all privileges of any other members enjoining.notice your problem through an advocate to maintain ur problem within a stipulated date under apartment Act.

As member of the association you have equal rights to all the facilities as others in the community. Read bye laws of your association carefully and send a legal notice if association still doesnt allows you

Kindly note 15 nos of families are residing in a Ownership Flat,

Landowner of the said flat acquired 3 nos of flat in different floors.

2 .5  years past, they are not contributing any Maintenance charge,

They are using common water, stairs light & Lift facility

Yesterday night due to technical fault Lift was stucked,

Landowners family threating us for the above issue, they anticipate that we did the stuck,

 

We need your valuable guideline on the above topic.
