Hi.
I work for an PSU company where in, in one of its offices we had 2 supervising officials early. One got transferred on request more than a month back. SInce my office is in a shopping mall, we can not stay closed on Saturdays/Sundays or even on holidays like Diwali,Dussera even 15th August. Since the other person was transferred and no replacement was given and I was forced to open office everyday in both shifts for over 1 month now. My HR very plainly says nothing is in his hands and wont give any concrete answers. Do I have any case here going in my favour. I am thinking of moving court. Plz if somebody could spare a few mins and guide, will be very appreciable.
