Applicability of pf

Dear All,

Any one plz reply..........

In a company there are 24 employees who are drawing a salary of more than 25,000.

My doubt is are they covered under PF act?

Do they become members of PF fund?

Are they required to make any contributions?

Are they eligible for PF benefits?

Then what is this limit of 6500 rs. Are the employees earning more than 6500 are covered under this act or not?

Employer can concur to provide PF up to PF wages Rs.6500/pm.........................

Since the Act is applicable the establishment may enroll and fee may be very low say Rs.7/month..............................

Meet RPFC/PRO in nearest PF office..............
